Labor Day Weekend!

We were able to go down to St. George for the weekend and we had such a good time. It was kind of a spur of the moment trip with us deciding we were going thursday and then leaving on friday. I have such anxiety about traveling with the kids in the car, but they did pretty good and we were able to get down there without too much crying. We hadn't been down there for a long time, so we loved the trip and were so glad we were able to go.

Nice family photo at the temple

The weather was so great and the temple was just so white that it was hard to look directly at it. It was beautiful.

Brookly just loved sunbathing. She told me that is what you do at the beach

My climber!

Things seem to just be getting busier and busier all the time. Actually things aren't getting busier, Hunter is getting busier. I thought when he started getting a little older and wasn't such a small baby I would have more time, but the opposite is happening. He is getting to be a better climber, more wild, and more daring everyday. A boy is definitly something that I was not ready for. He is into everything and always defying my rules, but when he smiles at me I melt. He is the sweetest, cuddliest, wildest, naughtiest, craziest, but best son that I could ever hope for and I am just taking it one day at a time and loving it.

First Day of School

I can't believe that my little girl is in the first grade. It has been quite an adjustment and is a little harder for me than her. She is loving it and having such a good time every day. We are getting used to the new schedule and Brooklyn is enjoying the time without her more that I thought she would. By about 2:00 she is getting bored, but says "that things are better when Isabel is at school." I think this will change after a while, but we are so glad that she is loving school and know that it will be a great year and she will learn lots.
