Canning Day!

We decided to have a canning day and can everything that we could. The kids thought that it was so much fun to have all of those cans at our house that they just had to play with them. It was a very productive day and we did get a lot done despite the extra help that I always seem to have

Toilet paper mess

Why is it that

everytime I am not looking my kids are getting into trouble.

They did have a fabulous time playing, but it was such a mess.

Why is it that when kids are asleep they look so much more innocent.

Flour mess

So this is what happens when you take your eyes off of your kids for just a few minutes. I was cleaning out their drawers so I was in and out of the room. I should have known that the quiet was a clue. I walked in the storage room to find them throwing flour at the wall and all over each other. Despite the mess they had a great time and were laughing all afternoon.
